Quite sad to see this season that many felt could finally be the season Arizona Softball returns to glory end waaayy to soon to 15 seed Baylor. 7th straight year of no WS appearance which is not good for AZ Softball. Squandered late leads in both the last two games. I personally wonder what this may mean for coach and whether it may push him to consider retirement. I think that this years team was the team he really felt would have a legit chance to get Arizona back to the top where he wants it to be. They were the most complete team he's had in several years and unfortunately it didn't happen. Really feel for the seniors like O'Toole who've been staples for Candrea, REALLY would liked to see a special run for them. But unfortunately this is how it goes sometimes.
