Sean Miller and the school have agreed to a one-year extension that would take him up to May 31, 2019 -- the same date as the extensions for Rich Rodriguez and Greg Byrne also awaiting approval from the Arizona Board of Regents.
His base salary will increase to $1.6 million and would be due a $100,000 raise in 2019. Among the performance incentives, Miller would receive $500,000 for a national championship and $200,000 for a team cumulative grade-point average of 3.0.
The board will meet June 5-6.
