Chip Kelly and UCLA have offered Arizona running back commit Martell Irby tonight. I've mentioned a few times this week was going to get wild and it is now starting. Irby has been committed to the Wildcats since mid-October. He is big on academics and this could be a really big offer for him, but it's also very much a possibility that it's a ploy to just mess with another Pac-12 South team a bit as well. At the very least it could force Irby to take a step back and hold off on signing until he can take a visit with the dead period beginning tomorrow.
