Etiwanda HS (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) quarterback Dermaricus Davis was back on campus at Arizona for the second time this spring when he made the trek out to Tucson last weekend. The three-star recruit has become one of the priority targets at the position as of late, and he is getting closer to reaching a decision. Oregon State will host him this weekend before he takes an important visit to Washington that could ultimately decide where he ends up.
The Wildcats have been active in their pursuit of the 6-foot-4 prospect even since before offering him in May, and he's found a lot to like about the program. Davis had an opportunity to speak with Jayden de Laura, and he feels confident that the staff would be able to develop him to reach the next level.

"This weekend was a great weekend," he said. "The hospitality was at a very high level. I spoke with a lot of players about the process. They gave me a lot of details about the school, and everything was really good."
