Arizona has landed its second commitment in the 2022 class today as Long Beach (Calif.) Millikan defensive back Tacario Davis has picked the Wildcats over offers from Arizona State and Kansas. He recently made a visit to Tucson to check things out in person and came to his decision after that trip. Davis has really good size for a secondary player as he checks in around 6-foot-3 and is exactly what the staff is looking for on the back end of the defense. He's listed as a safety but he has the versatility to play any of the positions in the secondary.

Kevin Cummings helped lead the recruitment of Davis, so it's his first notable commitment for the Wildcats as well. The Wildcats offered him only about a month ago while his other offers came back in early December.
