GOAZCATS - Arizona receiver Jacob Cowing earns spot on Maxwell Award watch list
Arizona newcomer Jacob Cowing has earned a spot on the preseason watch list for the award that goes to the top player.

Arizona receiver was one of 85 players across the country to be named to the preseason watch list for the Maxwell Award today. The award goes to the most outstanding player in college football at the end of the season. Cowing is one of just nine players from the Pac-12 to earn a spot on the list with seven of the nine all being from the South Division. The UTEP transfer was one of the most productive receivers in the country last season as he racked up over 1,300 yards receiving.
