- The defensive line has two coaches with Ricky Hunley coaching the interior line and Jason Kaufusi coaching the defensive ends.
- One guy that has clearly improved is Dion Wilson Jr., who was working with the second- and third-unit defensive line.
- JB Brown is back, but it is going to be hard for him to keep his starting job with the improvements of Paris Shand and Barrs coming back.
