California back Rayshon Luke is one of Arizona's remaining high school targets, and Saturday at the All-American Bowl in Texas he will announce his college decision. As I have mentioned before, Luke has already signed with a program and announcing is simply a formality at this stage. The Wildcats remain in good shape heading into the announcement.
