Matt,
Any word on Scooby?
Also,
I have been one who has criticized the recruiting over the years. Last night seemed to be the worst case scenario for injuries, but...
Shouldn't we have at least enough talent to hold the dam as we lose a starter or two or three? This is year 4. The O-Line looked atrocious vs a team that most have power ranked in the 100's. Saw Friekh stand there with concrete shoes, kid did not look good. If we played Colorado last night we lose.
I'm still not happy with the talent we have for backups. We were playing walk on LB's. We started two CB's w/no experience and they were eaten alive. Unless we get healthy we're not going to win 7-8 games based on last night. Seems to be a lot of recruiting misses over the years and the coaching staff are the ones that need to look inward. How much time did we spend recruiting a 5* kid like Tabor for him to not commit when we could have used that energy or 2-3 high 3* kids?
