Because he went the JUCO route and attended Arizona Western the Wildcats have to re-recruit Noah Jefferson and today the program came back with an official offer for the former USC defensive tackle who was planned on transferring to UA for this season. There are going to be other schools in the mix now and potentially big ones, so this is not as easy as making his decision all over again.
Arizona was the school that wanted to take a chance on him with his academics being what they were in addition to all the other issues. Now that he's got things more figured out he will have some options. Still, Arizona has that connection and will try and use it to get him back in the fold at UA.
