when Chip was hired I said I had concern he was too old that he wouldn’t have the energy to recruit 24/7 and relate to young players in college,now that he’s brought his own recruited in its clear he has failed and a change needs to be made,if they Waite anther year it will be worse than it is now, need to hire anther Jay Johnson type, you can be upset ge left but when he was here he was a great recruiter and Chip and his pitching coach are not close to that level
