Arizona has been ranked as the No. 18 team in the country heading into the season by Collegiate Baseball Newspaper. The Wildcats are one of five Pac-12 programs to be ranked by the publication and are third among those teams coming in behind No. 5 Arizona State and No. 12 UCLA. Stanford was ranked No. 25 while Oregon State was slotted in at No. 32 on the 40-team list.
