The media was informed tonight that after Kevin Sumlin's media session after the team's first practice there will be no further media availability this spring until next month's spring game. Maybe something changes, but it will certainly be different than it has been the last several years and almost the exact opposite of the Mike Stoops era.
I am going to do the best I can to still get you updates throughout spring ball the best I can using some of my contacts and go-arounds, but the normal coverage you expect is just not going to be able to happen with this restriction in access to the media.
I'll have some things posted here in just a couple minutes from tonight's practice, but just wanted to pass that along since I am not sure how this is all going to play out.
