GOAZCATS - TRANSFER UPDATE: Oregon OL Michael Wooten commits to Arizona
The California native will have three seasons of remaining eligibility with the Wildcats.

Here's my story on the commitment of Oregon redshirt freshman offensive lineman Michael Wooten to Arizona tonight. He's only played two snaps in his career but was a high three-star recruit out of high school. He's had to deal with some injuries through two seasons but will have a career reset in Tucson. He checks in officially at 6-foot-4 and 310 pounds. The sample size is of course very small, but he's played left tackle in his career up to this point.
He didn't see the field at all in 2023 and sat out the spring at Oregon while waiting for the portal window to open.
