Arizona is will be having the event that has come to be known as "The Closing" event in Tucson where a number of prospects make their way to campus for a mass unofficial visit. This year things are a little bit different because there are so many committed guys but the Wildcats are still trying to get as many of them out for a visit as they can.
As Adam Gorney just reported five-star receiver Joseph Lewis, four-star commit Greg Johnson and 2018 five-star receiver Jalen Hall from Los Angeles-Augustus Hawkins will be there.
In addition to that Arizona expects to have four-star receiver Bryan Thompson on campus. Three-star cornerback commit Malik Hausman is coming and he is bringing Arkansas receiver commit Maleek Barkley with him as well. Linebacker commit Josh Brown will be on campus. Xavier Bell is another one who plans on making it out for the visit.
I would expect a majority of the West Coast commits to be there and maybe a few surprises too. I doubt any new commitment becomes public this weekend, but you never know what could happen when a big group of kids get together like this and especially when so many of them are already committed to the school.
I'm going to work on a full list of expected visitors later in the week, but it is certainly going to be a good weekend for the 'Cats.
