I understand now why BD missed Ellison in the end zone (b/c Matthew Adams rang his bell on the play before and he wasn't 'quite right'). I get that. In the bigger picture I still don't get how he missed So many throws and hasn't progressed as a passer. I am as ill (or iller; is that a word?) about our QB position as anyone else on here. Mystified might be a good word...
My question about Tate:
We sit in the 2nd row of the NEZ (middle/towards the west side); we just moved there this season. They are amazing seats. You can really see the whole field and what is going on (compared to the south end zone and west side locations we have inhabited in the past). As we watched Tate drive the team towards us Sat night we thought he looked winded. I know he got banged up v NAU and he isn't quite right either. But: we were keying on him and he looked like he was gassed and 'taking the next play off'/just handing off & not making the proper read after running around the play before. Is he not in shape to run up and down the field like BD is? Is this possible? Am I seeing things? Somebody pls straighten me out...
We are going to the Utep game...
Help! Need a QB who can Run (and not get out of breath)... And: PASS!
