Athlon Sports came out with its preseason All-America team today and Arizona quarterback Khalil Tate is a member of the third team. West Virginia quarterback Will Grier took the first-team honors while Alabama sophomore Tua Tagovailoa took the second team quarterback position. Offensively there weren't a lot of Pac-12 skill players on the board with Washington running back Myles Gaskin earning first team honors and Arizona State wideout N'Keal Harry earning a second-team nod. Stanford tight end Kaden Smith and UCLA tight end earned third and fourth-team recognition, respectively.
