So the first spring practice is still going on and we'll get Kevin Sumlin after it's over to but to get you guys some coverage while I wait here's some tweets/photos I took a bit earlier.
Things are certainly different and I'll have to take some time to really go through how different it is. One noticeable change is the offense now wears blue and the defense is in white. It was the opposite under Rich Rodriguez.
There is certainly a lot less yelling going on on this first day than what we are accustomed to.
A couple things I noticed that were being tried out today. Safety Anthony Mariscal is being used at running back while Jamardre Harris-Cobb was working with the defensive linemen.
As I mentioned a couple weeks ago, three-star quarterback Ryan Hilinski is at practice tonight watching things. Here he is (on the left) with Chris Singletary at practice tonight.
Also, here's a couple of the newcomers to the team, defensive linemen Mykee Irving and PJ Johnson during their first practice with the Wildcats
