Today is Aug. 1 and that means official written offers can go out to recruits in the 2018 class. A lot of recruits are finding out today that those "offers" they thought they had aren't really offers and some others are finding out about offer they didn't know they had. Arizona's official written offer letter is pretty slick. Most programs are just doing them electronically now, but Northwestern is still actually sending them through the mail.
