I'm guessing Troy, Matt et.al have full time jobs and that is why this site is so poorly attended and managed. Sorry to be the critic, but I'm not paying the small amount of monthly fees to learn how to Contact Coinbase Customer Service. I've tried to ask for my subscription to be stopped before to no avail and have just continued to pay. I am now going to stop payment on that account. Sorry because I know you are all good guys. But this is more than annoying.
