Arizona has made a late JUCO offer to an offensive lineman as Blake Bedier from Snow College in Utah has added the Wildcats to his list today the same day Missouri came through with an offer. The Utah native is around 6-foot-6 and has offers from Indiana, Rutgers, West Virginia and San Jose State among others. A lot of his bigger offers have come in the last week or so, so it will be interesting how he approaches things with just one more visit weekend before the early signing period.
Fellow JUCO offensive line target Paiton Fears visited Missouri over the weekend and the feeling right now is that it was a productive trip and things could be changing a bit in his recruitment. Right now this situation is one that one thing led to another with Fears visiting and enjoying his time at Mizzou to now offering another JUCO offensive tackle. Fears is originally from SEC country in Florida while Bedier is from Utah. Sometimes proximity starts to play a bigger factor the later it gets in a recruiting cycle and that is something to think about here.
UA has been keeping tabs on Bedier, but I don't think the offer happens if it feels 100 percent confident that Fears is still going to be coming. It's made things a little tricky here down the stretch, but this offer tells quite a bit about what's going on with UA right now in my opinion.
