Arizona assistant Joe Pasternack has been mentioned and has tried to get involved with plenty of head coaching jobs in the past, but it has been to no avail. This week his name has popped up once again for the UNLV job and it has a little more legs than usual. It will be something to watch as he is one of Arizona's most active recruiters and has been the lead on a number of UA's bigger recruits. Obviously UNLV can be a player for the same type of prospects so it will be interesting to see how this one goes, but it is something to watch. It has been no secret that Pasternack has wanted out of Arizona for a while now to be a head coach again, but not much has materialized from it. This is an interesting situation though and one to keep an eye on.
