I'm out in Huntington Beach, California today checking out the Battle at the Beach event. It's one of my favorite events of the year because not only does it feature some of the best teams in SoCal but they are high school teams which generally means some more efficient play and less messing around.
I watched Arizona commits Brian Casteel and Xavier Bell go up against each other to start the day. Mater Dei smoked Casteel's Charter Oak squad but the UA receiver had a nice touchdown catch that turned into an easy score up the sideline. Bell meanwhile is a monster with his size and he had a nice PBU to end the game.
