Unfortunately I think there are multiple problems so this is going to take a while to turn this thing around. We may also have to consider the fact that it may not get turned around under current leadership. We are still reeling personnel wise from RR. I have always said it starts at the top so someone has be responsible and someone has to to lead. I think there is a lack of leadership starting with the president and AD. Next is the coaches then the team. Tate is simply not it. We all praise him after games like Colorado which as it turns out is really not a good team. We need a culture change! Losing and playing like this needs to be unacceptable! The coaches did not have this team ready to play. Sumlin can do a press conference and know all these things about how the game is or was played... Then step up and have the team ready! He claims we cannot go backwards yet that is what the team is doing! I do not want him to berate the team through the media, but I would let Tate have it behind closed doors. This is not life or death, but my goodness you are either you want to compete or you do not! Tate is like a light switch off or on. The coaching staff is just bad and I mean all of them! Sumlin may have his hands tied with money, but he is the head coach so start coaching!
