The USA Basketball U18 training camp continues and Thursday morning the first round of cuts were made to trim the team down to 15 players. Arizona commits Tyler Dorsey and Justin Simon did not make the first round of cuts as both were left off the list. However, future Wildcat Stanley Johnson, who according to many in attendance has been the top player at the camp, did make the trimmed-down list.
Arizona targets who made the cut include: Isaiah Briscoe, Allonzo Trier, Stephen Zimmerman, and Chase Jeter. The final roster will include 12 players who will then go on to participate in the FIBA Americas tournament later this month.
