Although I hate to say this, given the heroics, honors, commitment, and leadership he has given us, I think the Cat (among those being discussed as potential early exits) we could most afford to lose is Nick Johnson. With Stanley Johnson and KaDeem Allen coming in, plus Gabe York and Elliott Pitts still around, we are well covered at the 2 and even the 3 (RHJ and BA even figure in here). Replacing the offense will not be a problem and could even be an upgrade, and the defense will come along. That's six outstanding players at two positions. If Johnson stays, someone (or two?) will have to go, impacting future teams beyond 2014-15. In contrast, Aaron Gordon's departure would leave a huge defensive hole on the front line, even with Ashley's return and Victor's arrival, and RHJ's energy and defense is similarly hard to replicate.
