The second day of action at the Pangos All-American Camp in Long Beach, Calif., brought plenty of action with two sets of games on the day. A few more recruits showed up Saturday as well making for a more eventful afternoon and evening session. Once again there were some big time prospects on hand showcasing their skill set, and GOAZCATS.com was there to take in the games.

Ray Smith: Arizona has made the 6-foot-8 wing one of its priorities in the class, and after watching him Saturday it's easy to see why. The four-star prospect really came to play at the event, and he competed on both ends of the floor when we watched him. The Las Vegas, Nev., prospect really has the ability to take over a game at any time, and he was being aggressive (in a good way) during the game we watched him.

Tyler Dorsey: After struggling some against Isaiah Briscoe the night before, the Arizona commit came back strong Saturday with a nice performance in the evening session. Dorsey got back to his aggressive ways on the offensive end of the floor in his game and that led to transition baskets and plays at the rim. One thing that Dorsey does well - and he still did well Friday night - is get to the free-throw line. The five-star recruit is really aggressive off the dribble and that leads to plenty of fouls getting committed on him.

He does a lot of his damage from the line, and that's a big tool in his skill set. Dorsey also had a couple of nice assists and would-be assists during the game we watched him.

Derryck Thornton: The 2016 point guard is still mentioning Arizona as being a school coming after him pretty hard, and after struggling some himself on the first night of action Thornton had a nice performance during Saturday's game. There are times when tries to force things a little too much and get a little too fancy with his dribbling, but Thornton can really command a game at the point guard position.

He's still trying to figure that balance of when to be a scorer and when to be more of a distributor, which can be tough to do in a camp setting but he certainly showed why he is being recruited by some big programs.

Vance Jackson: We watched the Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco recruit last weekend in Southern California, and it was much of the same during Saturday's action. Jackson was playing on the same team as Thornton and it gave the 6-foot-7 prospect a chance to be set up well for a number of shots. Shooting the ball from deep is still at the forefront of Jackson's game as he continues to develop his skill set in other areas as well. The four-star prospect has continued to work on his ball-handling ability and that is coming along, but being able to get points by knocking down shots and getting to the free-throw line is still his bread and butter.

Action finishes up at the Pangos Camp on Sunday, so stay tuned for more from the event.
