Arizona has landed a commitment from three-star cornerback Javione Carr this evening. The 6-foot recruit from Arlington, Texas picked the Wildcats over offers from Texas Tech, Kansas State, North Texas, Tulane and Arkansas State. The Wildcats have been focused on adding some help at corner in the class and now the last two commits are both cornerbacks from Texas.
Carr could ultimately play several positions in the secondary, but he is a natural corner.
